We offer a three-month warranty on all modification services and replacement parts installed by our company. Every modified camera body is carefully serviced, inspected, and fully tested prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

This warranty applies only to the components that were modified or added by our company during the conversion process. It does not cover any other original camera parts, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling. Used camera bodies are not covered under warranty.

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your item, please inspect and test it promptly. If you notice any damage or malfunction, contact us immediately with detailed information so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution. Do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving authorization. All returns must be approved prior to shipping.

Please note that any modification performed by our company will void the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped using a trackable service. You are also responsible for purchasing additional insurance if desired, as we are not liable for loss or damage occurring during return shipment.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including original packaging and all accessories.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control. By placing an order from outside Canada, you acknowledge and agree to accept any applicable import fees or taxes.
